At Hope Comes in the Mourning, we understand that losing someone can feel incredibly isolating, especially for young hearts. Our "Light After Loss" youth grief support group offers a compassionate space for children and teens to navigate their emotions, find strength, and discover that even in the hardest times, joy and hope can emerge. You are not alone on this journey.

We believe in creating a safe, understanding environment where every feeling is acknowledged and honored. It’s okay to feel sad, angry, confused, or even a mix of emotions. Our "Light After Loss" group provides a judgment-free zone where young people can openly express themselves, connect with peers who understand, and realize that their big feelings are normal and part of the healing process.
